This is a well written letter with many good points, it’s just missing one significant fact. The HBPA refused to engage and sit at the table when HISA and HIWU were started. The HBPA has been suing HISA ever since the federal legislation was passed and adamantly opposed the legislation when it was being developed.

Quite the opposite. Even the anaerobic benefits (short sprints like QH) have yet to be delineated. But theoretically an anaerobic benefit could exist.

@Tinky47flat 😂 I was of the same thought. The positive correlation with Dosage was small. The more important takeaway was that career best speed fig was correlated to mitochondrial function in weanlings so you’d get a “cull” value if you had a lot of weanlings & tested at same days old

@jayprivman At the end of the day, who cares? If Stuart Janney knows who is cheating then go after them. Sitting back and arguing about whether he directly targeted people makes no difference except at the end of the day who’s left. Obviously anything done previously hasn’t worked.

In 60 Minutes piece, Cecilia Vega asks Janney: “Did you give them any specific instructions in terms of who they should or should not go after?” His reply: “Yes.” He later says he told 5 Stones: “I want you to go after the important people that I think are corrupting the sport.”

Good seeing people more vocal regarding @hisa_us concerns, especially @nmrhof member Bill Mott. His quote is my quote and the quote of virtually everyone I have talked to about this matter. We all want uniformity, but the launch of HISA has been a disaster for over a year now.
