This is the same response for a week. I have received no calls/contact attempts from your team. Tampered packaging & stale food were reported with proof..no action taken Complaint already filed with the NCH, Expecting resolution, not repeated templates. @ZeptoNow @zeptocares

@ZeptoNow I emailed you. I tweeted you. Multiple times No response..just copy paste templates. I received raw, stale bananas (Order #UITRNDEWR34310) & I still haven’t been refunded. This is absolutely pathetic customer service. I will be taking this to Consumer Court. #ZeptoFail

@InstamartS @SwiggyCares This is unacceptable. My refund for order #235075996698741 is still stuck at “initiating” even after the expected date. Your support team is disconnecting chats without resolution. Please process the refund immediately. Screenshot attached.
