Reform means mass deportation of illegals. Yes, Black American (Freedmen) leaders of old would absolutely have agreed with mass deportations. Barbara Jordan in the 90s called for cessation of all services for illegals and for mass deportations. All sympathizers with illegals should go with them.

You do not speak for Black Americans (Freedmen). Illegal immigration negatively impacts us the most, and our TRUE leaders from Frederick Douglass to Coretta Scott King to Barbara Jordan always spoke out against mass immigration, which includes out of control legal immigration, and all of illegal immigration. Many surveys have shown Black Americans (Freedmen) being against illegal immigration. I am absolutely positive that explains why a good bit of us shifted towards Trump and why some of us stayed home, stopping the Indian woman from winning.
