@HollyKesler They need to understand that Jackson was asked to enter the race and weeks later donated a $1M to Trump's PAC. He never donated to any America first candidate before. Never Supported Trump before or the agenda. He is a Bush Republican.

Illegal Monday- Update to debanking of non-citizens Back in April we posted about how the government was moving to require banks to verify citizenship and legal status for accounts, while ICE began sending formal notices to those here without documentation that they owe money for failing to leave after final removal orders. That post is now playing out in real time. The Treasury Department continues rolling out the citizenship verification requirements for financial institutions. At the same time, ICE is actively issuing failure-to-depart fines - some at $1,000 per day - to people with standing deportation orders who refuse to leave. ahem.. they just added several hundred thousand to that list. Boy are they going to be shocked when they are sent bills. It could be another great way to pay down that debt too. Meanwhile, those being told to return to their home countries... They could have serious issues staying here. Yes, this will include those told to leave and wait for green cards applications. The next logical step is becoming clearer by the week: once accounts tied to individuals who cannot prove legal status or who have ignored removal orders are identified, asset seizure (bank accounts, vehicles, property) becomes a very real enforcement tool. This is how we start clawing back what was taken from American taxpayers - trillions spent over the years on benefits, healthcare, education, housing, and enforcement that never should have been necessary. They are unlikely to give folks a heads up... especially if the plan is to 'freeze or seize' accounts. Fines have to be paid after all. For years we watched remittances, welfare, and uncompensated care drain the system while American workers were pushed aside. These quiet, systematic steps are the beginning of reversing that flow. It’s not complicated. It’s just long overdue. We are watching a carefully planned and strategized execution come through one phase at a time. Everybody is looking for who has compromised her. You may think she doesn’t have a dog in this fight, but you’d be wrong. Keep reading. Elizabeth MacDonough (full name: Elizabeth Coss MacDonough) is the Parliamentarian of the United States Senate, a nonpartisan, unelected career civil servant position she has held since February 2, 2012. She is the first woman to serve in this role (in either chamber). Her job makes her one of the most consequential yet low-profile figures in Congress: she advises the presiding officer (Vice President or President pro tempore), senators, and staff on the Senate’s Standing Rules, precedents, the Constitution, and federal law. She is especially central to the budget reconciliation process, where she applies the Byrd Rule to determine whether provisions have a direct budgetary impact or are “extraneous” policy changes that require 60 votes instead of a simple majority. She was raised primarily by a single mother. She graduated from Greens Farms Academy in 1984, earned a B.A. in English literature from George Washington University in 1988, and received her J.D. from Vermont Law School in 1998. In the 1990s, she worked as a legislative reference assistant in the Senate Library and as an assistant morning business editor for the Congressional Record. She left to attend law school, interned with U.S. District Judge Royce C. Lamberth and at the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) in Vermont, then served as a DOJ trial attorney handling immigration cases (including from a jail office in Elizabeth, New Jersey). She joined the Parliamentarian’s office in 1999 as an assistant, was promoted to senior assistant in 2002, and was elevated to Parliamentarian in 2012 by then-Majority Leader Harry Reid (D). She has served continuously under both Democratic and Republican majorities. She has advised on high-stakes matters, including procedures for Vice President Al Gore during the 2000 electoral vote count post-Bush v. Gore. She delivers an annual address to the Senate Youth Program and is a senior fellow at the Stennis Center for Public Service Leadership. In 2017, Washingtonian named her one of Washington’s 100 most powerful women. Extensive searches reveal no evidence of scandals, ethics violations, conflicts of interest, lobbying ties, political donations, or partisan affiliations. She is friends with Chief Justice John Roberts, which is the biggest scoop. However, her most recent ruling has @LeaderJohnThune written all over it. The moment the Senate passed the GOP’s ICE-CBP reconciliation funding, we all knew the fix was in. Do you honestly think the Senate didn’t pre-screen their provisional funding? Thune knew he could get the win and then blame the Parliamentarian for the ultimate failure. Remove John Thune as Senate Leader, 17 votes is all it takes, and then the new leader can remove Elizabeth MacDonough as the Senate Parliamentarian.

TEXAS ❤️💙 1993 two girls, Jennifer Ertman (14) and Elizabeth Pena (16) were walking home and abducted, raped and murdered by a gang. 📌 The men, one illegal, were caught, tried, and found guilty and sentenced to death. 📌 Later the UN World Court said Texas violated the (illegals) rights 📌 Pres Bush and Sec Condi Rice ordered TX to release him to keep peace with the U.N. 📌 Now Governor @GregAbbott_TX was the state AG at the time 📌 One of his Jr attorneys went to argue before the Supreme Court not to allow this murderer to go free and that the Constitution clearly states that the US is a sovereign nation and no other nation has jurisdiction over our laws. 📌 All 60 UN countries were there arguing against this one attorney from Texas. 📌 He won the case and TX executed the offender in 2005. 📌 That junior attorney was now Senator @tedcruz He cared about those girls instead of protecting a murderer and he fought for the injustice 🗽 🇺🇸 🤍

🚨 SHENANDOAH COUNTY, VA: Commonwealth’s Attorney Elizabeth “Liz” Cooper is actively pushing for the destruction of Lucy - a heroic war-zone rescue dog belonging to a U.S. Army veteran. This woman is clearly an advocate for animal cruelty. Instead of using her discretion to drop the case and return Lucy to her loving family, she’s persecuting a veteran and his dog. I will personally do everything in my power to make sure Liz Cooper is NEVER elected again in 2027. Everyone who cares about justice and animals - CALL her office and email her NOW: 📞 (540) 459-6129 ✉️ ecooper@shenandoahcountyva.gov Demand she drops the charges and releases Lucy immediately!

🚨BREAKING: South Carolina Senate KILLS motion to expedite Redistricting! This puts the entire effort in serious jeopardy. 6 Republicans voted with Dems to kill it— Rex Rice (Pickens) Shane Massey (Edgefield) Sean Bennett (Dorchester) Chip Campsen (Charleston) Tom Davis (Beaufort) Greg Hembree (Horry) The motion would suspended Rule 15b to allow immediate cloture. Without this they can drag the debate out past the start of early voting (Tues, 5/26). This 25-15 vote failed to meet the required 2/3 threshold. Luke Rankin (R-Horry) did not vote. Contact the holdouts & tell them to Vote to Cloture!

🚨 JUST IN: Heartbreaking… The elderly “Trump House” owner in California is NOT expected to survive after being BRUTALLY BEATEN outside his home. Maria Sheron says there is “no hope” for her husband Kerry, a 69-year-old Army veteran known for flying Trump and USA flags everywhere. The violence on the LEFT has to stop! H/T @CollinRugg

Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) on the Trump administration’s anti-weaponization fund: “So the nation’s top law enforcement official is asking for a slush fund to pay people who assault cops? Utterly stupid, morally wrong – Take your pick.”
