Another rubbish piece of Influencer tax advice - from "thelondonaccountant" on TikTok. She says you can use the £50 "trivial benefit" rule to take six £50 vouchers from your company tax free. When I last checked, 6 x £50 = £300 This is obviously a £300 benefit. Not permitted.

@FPL_Solicitor @DanNeidle Why is it definitely a problem in one go? No where in the Trivial Benefit rules does it say that. As long as each benefit is a non-cash voucher with a maximum value of £50 each and add up to no more than £300 in a year, how & when these are taken is not specified.
