➡️Citadel is very interested in Joshua Mitts The Case: Northwest Biotherapeutics, Inc v. Canaccord Genuity LLC, 1:22-cv-10185, (S.D.N.Y.) The Docket: courtlistener.com/docket/6657959… In a May 1st filing in the above referenced spoofing case $NWBO asks the court for a protective order relieving Mr. Mitts from compliance with a subpoena. Mr. Mitts is $NWBO's non-testifying consulting expert and its attorney. $NWBO claims Citadel is harassing Mr. Mitts and attempting to drive up litigation costs over an improper subpoena. The subpoena asks for Mr. Mitts to turn over "troves of privileged information" which $NWBO claims is protected from disclosure. Who Is Joshua Mitts? CV: law.columbia.edu/sites/default/… Mr. Mitts and $NWBO executed a formal engagement letter on August 29, 2022. Mr. Mitts resume states, in relevant part: "...advises on the analysis of trading data in connection with high-frequency market manipulation and securities violations. He has extensive experience supporting the U.S. Department of Justice." It's no wonder why Citadel is trying to obtain Mr. Mitts communications.

📣📣NWBO COMPLEX DISCOVERY Citadel Securities claims the NWBO Market Manipulation case is frivolous and baseless. But I think the complex discovery will tell a very different story. So many lawsuits against Citadel, Virtu and Jane Street and discovery is coming. The MMAT MMTLP Bankruptcy case will expose a lot in their discovery. EXPOSURE IS GROWING‼️

I believe we are on the verge of a breakthrough approval . Yes it’s taking longer that anticipated but that’s the way it works with pharma in general. Stay the course .. Bought some more this week I am no expert , but the science can’t be denied. Don’t trow the towel IMHO

My concern is not about the therapy itself. The data exist, the safety profile is clear, and the manufacturing capability has already been authorized. The real concern is the inefficiency and heavy bureaucracy within the MHRA process. $NWBO also has a large and highly engaged community following this application. Many people—patients, families, physicians, and investors—are carefully examining every step of this process and trying to understand why a decision continues to be delayed. Given the circumstances, it is natural that people begin asking what the real reason is for the prolonged delay, especially when there are well-known financial interests that have publicly worked against this company for years.
