Why does everything have to turn into some crazy conspiracy theory? First it was “How did the Maui, Hawaii fire spread so rapidly in 80 mile per hour winds and super dry conditions?” Then it was, “Did lasers from the sky start these fires?” And now it is, “Why are there so many children missing after a fire destroyed a significant part of a very rural island? Were they actually abducted?” I’m just sick of people directing attention to all of the wrong things in order to get clicks on their conspiracy theory-laden social media posts during a significant tragedy.
