@SamaHoole >85% 1RM at 4-6 Rep range is preferred for strength, 67% to 85% 1RM 6-12 rep range is hypertrophy and 67% or less 1RM with >12 reps is muscular endurance. There is also a specific rest period to emphasize this also. This is all per the NSCA.

When you train in the 10-12 rep range, most of your reps have no effect on growth. When you train in the 4-6 range, virtually all of your reps are growth reps. It's simply the most efficient way to build muscle.

@alexxgamedev Man, we need hardcore mode asap. The current maps seem to favor smaller engagements, it’s like a fist fight on most maps. Usual bugs for a beta but the game has a lot of potential, as an OG BF fan I’d give it a 7/10.

@CRUSVD3 @BattlefieldComm I received an email directly from battlefield because of what I did during battlefield labs months ago. They stated I will have access to the account linked to EA which is my steam account. Even on steam when I installed it. It states I have access to the early beta, its bugged

@CoachHunterB @BattlefieldComm You don’t have access to early access then, watch a drops enabled twitch streamer and you’ll get a code to enter in. If you recently signed up for BF Labs, I don’t think you’ll have access to it. I think it had to be before the multiplayer reveal
