I always hear “my child struggles with their confidence”. If they’re struggling with confidence it means they aren’t at all comfortable. They aren’t comfortable because they haven’t put in enough of the right kind of work. Confidence is earned & mostly comes from being prepared!

As an AD, the growing trend of individualism is making it harder to sustain winning programs. Great teams are built on sacrifice, accountability, and putting the program above personal goals. Championships still come from “we,” not “me.”

After watching a week of college basketball the main thing I’ve noticed: Combo moves in a training session are a waste of time. 3pt/ reads / straight line drives / finishing with either hand should be the recipe for success.

This Miami Heat vs Washington Wizards game is a disgrace to basketball. Miami Up 26 and fouling Washington as soon as ball is inbounded and missing free throws on purpose to get Bam Adebayo more shots and points is pathetic. Wizards are triple teaming Bam full court trying to prevent him from scoring 83 which he now did. He has taken over 40 free throws and over 40 shots. Total shit show @NBA
