"If I'm a puller, especially if I'm kicking out, the first thing I need to do is get my hips on an angle to climb into the line of scrimmage." - 2nd step can't crossover. - Aiming point on kickout is the butt of the end man on the line of scrimmage. - "We want to pull into the LOS as much as we can.
