Being Big Doesn’t Make You Violent. I’ve seen 300-pound players get moved off the ball. I’ve seen 230-pound defensive ends wreck an entire game. Size is a tool. Violence is a choice. You don’t become violent because you weigh more. You become violent when your hands strike with intent. When your hips uncoil through contact. When your feet drive through the ground like you mean it. Violence shows up in leverage. In pad level. In how you finish when you’re tired. Some players hide behind their weight. Some players weaponize it. Controlled aggression wins. Stop thinking size makes you dominant. Start training like technique does. Own your leverage. Own your strike. Own the line of scrimmage. I am not ashamed of my journey. My life will be a testimony. But if I could offer a word of advice to any freshman, sophomore or junior athlete in high school it would be to just listen bro. All them adults in your life not just talking to talk. They been here longer. They done bumped they head already. They trying to save you from doing the same thing. Do not make the mistake of thinking your talent alone is enough. It’s not. Talent open doors. Character and grades keep you there. And if you already messed up, if your GPA not where it should be, if your name been in rooms for the wrong reasons… don’t quit. Keep digging. You can climb out the hole the same way you dug it. Class of 29, 28 and 27 hear me. Take your grades serious.
Choose who you hang around wisely.
Protect your name. Word spreads fast if you a crash out.
Respect authority. Nobody riding for you like your parents and coaches.
Work hard when nobody clapping. Do not wait until senior year to lock in. That GPA do not lie. I’m still figuring it out myself. I’m struggling but I know God got me. Be intentional.
Lock in early. Pray. Show up ready to work. I’m learning the hard way that my future is being built in the small decisions I make today. Start now.

With the Portal Opening 1. 2026s your up we can all believe the portal opens on January 2 but it really closes January 3. 2. If you didn't play it doesn't matter what you are tweeting you are not going up or laterally on a scholarship. (One exception ANOTHER ONE rise from the ashes) 3. The grass isn't always greener if you are leaving your starting spot over 5k, what r u doing. Either you outplay your current location, you move for the NFL OPP, or your coach left. People use to love their stipend check i talked to @ThePuntFactory how nice that first of the month stipend use to be. 4. Be realistic and go PLAY you only get 48-60 Saturdays. 5. Tweets so how you are being recruited. If you are working every day for an opportunity or the grind doesn't stop, or no days off its because you dont have offer or people hitting you up and your just doing the same thing as HS. 6.
