Obviously the correct answer is "neither" and if someone presses you on it, you just look dead in their eyes and ask, "are you threatening to take one of those from me now?" That being said, I think that the people on the orange states simply understand that the *true* right to vote *is* the right to bear arms, because it gives you the ability to protect that (and all other) rights. The people in the green states don't realize that without the right to bear arms, their right to vote doesn't really exist.
