Repetitive negative thinking is linked to cognitive decline. What you repeat in your mind shapes your brain.

When I am watching film on DL, I look at these things: 1. Stance 2. Get-Off - knock back, gain ground 3. Pad Level - Don't pop-up, win leverage 4. Violent Hands - Placement/Separation 5. Block Rec - Reacts Correctly 6. Motor - Chase the play 7. Finish - Whistle to Whistle #FYI

Quarterbacks are wasting 75% of their annual reps. They train year round with nothing in front of them. Then, we throw them into a pocket come fall and expect their training to translate. 7on7, Routes on Air, Indy Period… All are missing a fundamental aspect of QB development: The Pocket QB’s need to train their eyes and feet for the pocket they’ll experience on Game Day The best understand the value of every rep… That’s why they Practice How They Play @QBPocketPasser

Everyone please stop clapping for Coach Gruden’s sake!!

I coached college football for 20 years. The question that decided who played had nothing to do with talent: "Can I trust you?" Every player on my roster was Green, Yellow, or Red. 🟢 Green — trusted and deployed 🟡 Yellow — developing, right on the edge 🔴 Red — talented but not yet deployable Talent gets players noticed. Trust gets them on the field. Coaches and families both need to understand this. nomoathletics.com
