This winter I focused a lot on my nutrition, strength training and learning how my body naturally moves and how that effects everything I do along with pitching mechanics and speed. Camp feedback helped me set some goals. It’s been a busy winter and here I am hang-cleaning 130. Lots of PR’s made this offseason season!
