One of the most difficult things you must do as a leader is balance accountability with positivity. You can't crush the culture by "holding people accountable", but you also can't let things go because you are scared to disrupt the culture. Great leaders understand the balance.

Wimbledon's $270 million expansion plan has cleared its first legal hurdle. The club bought a private golf course next door in 2018 and plans to add 39 new tennis courts, including an 8,000-seat show court. This will enable Wimbledon to bring its qualifying tournament in-house.

@chriscfore Don’t have overall data but: APS pay scale atlantapublicschools.us/cms/lib/GA0100… Anecdotally, I know of a school where 6 assistants make >100k due to years, advanced degrees & stipends

I'd love to see a breakdown of what their teacher pay is vs their coaching pay, but I know that's very time consuming, In Southern CA, if you've taught for 15-20 years, you're over 100,000. In some districts, 10 years gets you over 100.
