Little bit of morning thinking for you all. If you had to change one thing about the UK esports scene what would it be and why? Reason I ask is there is a large void in the UK of talented players, staff and creators who are fantastic but aren’t getting the recognition they deserve! We need to support one another and grow this space collectively to ensure it has some form of financial stability, friendly rivalry’s and nurturing upcoming talent. I would like to welcome everyone to message me as I’m always looking to expand my network and help where I can and soak knowledge from others. I’ve been in esports and a UK esports owner for 10+ years and even now I’m learning everyday from the talented people around me. I’m excited to announce the following next era of leadership changes in @TeamCoalesce: @MichaelBioOwen will succeed me and take over as CEO of Coalesce, Michael has been actioning a new business strategy which I look forward to see flourishing. @CLSAmmAze has been appointed COO and will join the Coalesce Board. Noel takes up an important post to make sure all operations are aligned and running smoothly. @CLSOmni will transition to become the new CFO as well overseeing business development. @TheOGMamba will take up Director of Call of Duty and will also join the Coalesce board. @Sokoviafps will take up heading up @CoalesceRoses. Chloe has a lot of passion to making women’s esports better which I really look forward to seeing good developments. I really look forward to seeing everyone take up their new positions and push Coalesce forward. I have started a new job and soon to start a course so I have taken a back seat within Coalesce. #StrongerTogether 💪💜
