🚨 Randy Fine Tries to Kill Private Process Servers After Viral Video of Him Hiding Under his Desk from One 🚨 State Senator Randy Fine has filed Senate Bill 826, which would eliminate private process servers in Florida, making it significantly harder for people to be legally served in civil cases. This move has raised major concerns about accountability and access to justice. Why does this matter? Fine himself made national headlines last year when he was caught on video HIDING UNDER HIS DESK at his state representative office to avoid being served for a deposition. Instead of facing legal proceedings like everyone else, Fine dove under his desk and later told law enforcement in a sworn statement he feared for his life, claiming he thought Hamas had come to kill him. He then tried to have criminal charges filed against the process server, the attorney, Jennifer Jenkins, and Robert Burns over the issue. None of which happened. His own legislative aide contradicted him, stating in her own sworn statement that she wasn’t afraid at all and that they regularly pretend no one is in the office to avoid unwanted visitors. Her complaint was that the incident prohibited her from making her daily call to family in Russia from the legislative office which is another matter of concern. Fine then tells law enforcement he was hiring attorney Alan Landman to get out of the depositions. He ended up having to sit for both of them. However, he paid Landman from his campaign finances after admitting it had nothing to do with his office or campaign. That resulted in an ethics complaint for which he is scheduled to have a probable cause hearing in April as well as an ongoing felony criminal investigation for illegally using campaign finances for private attorney fees. Randy Fine doesn't represent me or any decent Jew and should remove his kippah. I'm not telling any Jew how to observe their faith—personal practice is sacred and private. Full stop. However, since Randy Fine himself says that he isn’t an observing Jew but puts on a kippah to make a statement, then we must call it out. He puts it on when he's spewing Islamophobic sewage, demanding more fear of Muslims, demonizing other faiths, or gloating over harm. Kippahs aren't bigotry capes. It's not a prop for Venom. It's supposed to remind you that God sees the filth you're peddling. Take it off and stop pretending you're anything but a hate-peddling disgrace. Randy Fine in this clip: 'I don't believe all Muslims are terrorists' (with the 'although many are' qualifier to soften it). But look at his own posts when he's not on TV defending himself: - 'Mainstream Islam is a fundamental threat to the United States.' (March 2026) - 'Islam is not compatible with western civilization.' (multiple times) - 'Islam is not compatible with the West.' (repeated) - 'Mainstream Islam is pure evil.' (Feb 2026) - 'Fear of Islam is rational.' (calling Islamophobia a 'lie') He avoids blanket 'all Muslims' absolutes when pressed in interviews, but freely makes sweeping absolutes about Islam itself and 'mainstream' Muslims as a group when posting freely. It's selective moderation—absolute attacks on the faith/ideology, then qualifiers only when called out. If absolute statements are bad (as he implies here), why does he keep making them about Islam? Consistency would be nice.

Under President Trump, U.S. Military servicemen and women are being killed and injured, reportedly at higher numbers than we are being told and innocent children were killed at a school in Iran by U.S. bombs. The price of oil is skyrocketing, tankers are being bombed, and today the President released half of our Strategic Oil Reserves to try to stop gas prices from going out of control. And with all this, President Trump, who promised Americans “no more foreign wars, no more regime change” spent the day in Kentucky telling approximately 500 Fox News brainwashed boomers (most not even from the district) that Massie is bad because Massie didn’t vote for Trump’s COVID lockdowns and COVID bailouts and COVID vaccines in 2020 and because Massie (and me) voted to release the Epstein files which embarrassed a bunch of the President’s friends. Maybe it has something to do with him not believing he’s going to heaven, which is extremely concerning by the way! By the time Trump’s presidency and wars are over, we will be nearing $60 trillion dollars in debt and the only man in Washington that will have voted NO to all the insanity will be Thomas Massie.

What you haven't heard is the lies he tells law enforcement at a later date about how he thought it was terrorist coming to get him. Randy lying to law enforcement trying to get others arrested is nothing new. What is new however is this same man who cowers under his desk from knocks on the door, calling for our sons and daughters (not his military aged son by the way) to go to war. Another sitting Congressman offered to help him get ready to be able to pass the physical fitness standards so that he can join and go fight himself as he did. In this video, you will see Fine lie about what happened with his wife, lie about what happened at his office, and even his Russian legislative aid Anna Budko contradict him in her own sworn statement. Most notable however is another statement Anna Budko makes during her sworn statement. She, a Russian immigrant, makes calls to Ukraine every Monday around noon from Fine's office. She was frustrated this particular day because she was unable to make that phone call because she had to hide in the office from the process server because Fine, "didn't want to be served." That statement from her has lead to an investigation by us which will be published in an article shortly. The level of hypocrisy that is coming from his own office regarding current immigration policy and calling for the deportation and denaturalization of citizens is going to blow your mind. Fine is now facing at least 3 federal lawsuits for alleged 1st Amendment violations. The plaintiffs in those lawsuits have stated that they have not been able to serve Fine as of yet. They should probably head to his office, and check under the desk. By the way, the two depositions he was being served for that he said he was going to get out of by paying Alan Landman, those happened anyway. He also paid Landman using his campaign finance funds, which is illegal, and is one of several ethics complaints currently waiting to be agenda'd with the Florida Commission on Ethics. In 2024 the Supreme Court unanimously ruled public officials cannot block constituents. This evening Rep Fine blocked me. This is a violation of 42 U.S.C. 1983. Why? Fine called out the halftime show. I called out his wife’s burlesque performance.
