@Dell any chance I can get a hand here please? Need this before a trip and 11 day delay is gonna miss it entirely - ordered 27th April with delivery 29th April - 8th May originally, now moved to 19th May unexpectedly

Hey @Dell I see influencers on here getting their top spec XPS days after asking on here - meantime my paid for out of pocket £3k top of the line model just got an 11 day delay on delivery, I ordered it ahead of a trip to take abroad and this means it will now miss that - is there anything that can be done?

@FrameworkPuter should I cancel and get a framework pantherlake instead? 👀 I fly for work on the 16th May, hunting for my perfect 14” top spec Omarchy companion to take from the U.K. abroad

Edit: business trip -> trip, to clarify it’s for personal use on a business trip - I’m not a business customer, didn’t want to add confusion

@OmarchyLinux @dhh I present what might be the smallest computer running Omarchy. @softwincn GPD Pocket 4 running Omarchy with all features working, to include rotation, fingerprint scanner, and hibernation.

Am loving omarchy for dev work and moved my main machine over to it but with gaming had zero luck so far out of the box - I think in my case not helped by fact am on a 49” ultra wide. Tried two games and thus far: - crusader kings 3 (steam deck comparability: playable): launcher didn’t start, had to fiddle with an env var to get it to start but then game was unusable resolution - hades (steam deck comparability: verified): game hung on loading screen at a very zoomed in resolution In comparison on windows both auto detect my resolution out of box. It seems with arch/omarchy the resolution doesn’t make it to the games in startup - probably not an issue with more conventionally sized monitors but for (super)ultra wide renders a lot unplayable

@swalker326 I haven't seen that. The Steam Deck has sold millions of copies. Everyone playing that is playing games on Arch Linux. But I'm sure things can still improve. Do send patches!

If 2025 is the year of linux, what triple a game is gonna full send linux support? @dhh can you make linux gaming a thing?

@royalcaninuk we found mouldy food in a newly opened and in date packet of your cat food yesterday. We have been using your products for a year now and never seen this green colour before. Included here pictures of the food and packet batch

@RadissonHotels your website payment system is broken, I’ve tried to book five times since Saturday for a stay in the U.K., tried on three browsers via two computers and a phone and two cards (one debit and one credit) and each time I get an ‘error in payment gateway’. I tried to phone to book but was on hold until the line went silent so gave up

@PetsatHome twice now we have ordered bowls from you which come unpackaged and smashed breaking other items in the order. In what scenario is that sensible packaging? For an order of over £300+ and the second time this has happened it’s unacceptable

@BoseService @BoseUK @BoseService thanks! I think if you can clarify to users how it will be used in future this would help. Imagine a situation where you have a harassing/stalking neighbour and a bose parcel leaks your phone number to them... is a safety concern

@BoseUK Hi Bose, my Bose 700 (in warranty) ear cushions started to break at the seam. I called mid Oct and was told no replacement stock, they would call back 31st Oct. They Didn't call. I called again in Nov, now what came was a Bose tipkit not cushions... Can you help please?

@BoseUK @BoseService @BoseUK thank you I got my replacements today. I did find however that you had my mobile number on the outside of the packaging which I didn't know it would be used in that way. I just thought my address would be there. I'm sure your customers dont want their mobile out for all

@BoseUK @BoseService @BoseUK I'm being told in DMs that replacement cushions due mid Jan, I use these every day for work and they wont be usable soon as the cushions keep splitting. This is already a replacement Bose 700 as the first were bricked by firmware update. Can this be escalated please?
