Hey Baron — I’m really enjoying the deep dive and the thought you put into this episode 👏!! However, Before you go too far down the rabbit hole on Erika's old tweets, there are a few important pieces of Twitter and cultural context from that era that I think are worth factoring in so things don’t get misinterpreted. 1️⃣ Quoted tweets weren’t direct replies. Back then, when you see quotation marks before and after a tweet that includes someone’s @handle, that means the person was quoting another user’s tweet onto their own feed, similar to a retweet but with added visibility. So in the example where it looked like Erika was saying “one day I want to wake up with someone by my side” to Jill — that tweet had quotes on both ends, which indicates Jill was quoting something Erika originally posted on her own page. That wasn’t Erika writing directly to Jill. 2️⃣ The “lady parts” image was not sent by Erika on Twitter. In the post where the image included the phrase “I wanna be in your lady parts,” that image was not something Erika sent to Jill on Twitter. That was a picture Jill added to her own tweet as a response to a private text message she received from Erika. The actual text Jill was referencing wasn’t highlighted or shown on Twitter — only Jill’s response to it was visible publicly. 3️⃣ The hydration / no-salt text may have been practical, not personal. When Erika texted Jill advising her to stay away from salty foods and stay well-hydrated, that’s very common advice given to someone who may have a photo shoot, appearance, or on-camera moment the next day. Salty foods can cause bloating, while hydration helps reduce water retention so someone looks more streamlined. Considering Erika was formerly Miss Arizona, it’s very possible she was offering photo shoot-prep advice, which is standard in that world. People in pageants and competitions are often told to hydrate and avoid salt so they look slimmer the following day on camera— that advice doesn’t automatically signal flirtation. 4️⃣ “No New Friends” was a major pop-culture reference at the time. The phrase “No New Friends” can definitely be read in different ways, but it was also a huge cultural reference then. “No New Friends” by DJ Khaled featuring Drake, Rick Ross, and Lil Wayne was a hit song back then for a few weeks everywhere and charted on the Billboard Hot 100 in 2013. So that phrase could just as easily have been a song reference rather than a literal personal statement. Other than those context points, everything else you laid out is really solid. While I have a platform I want to add to the chorus of people stating that creators sign contracts with zero understanding that they are actually signing themselves up to be owned by a literal mafia who are willing to murder for your publishing rights. These owners would rather force talent into a conservatorship, destroy their reputation via the media, and/or murder them, before they let allow them to move on from their control. Nobody can go into these sort of contracts with their eyes wide open because these are not business arrangements with sensible employers— these are business arrangements with a mafia. In most circumstances they have judges, lawyers, journalists and even law enforcement in their back pocket.

The reason in my opinion why @RealCandaceO is not replying to you is, it doesn’t matter how he died, it only matters who called the shots. Who ordered it?
