Benson John Henderson was born courtesy his rock star Mom at 9:49 on Tuesday morning. After a little bit longer stay than expected we returned home yesterday and our little family of 4 is complete. Max has already been an amazing big brother.

Despite reports Evan Gold was getting hired in Vancouver, every single day I was told Ryan Johnson was still in the mix.
He is well respected by the Canucks and has been a loyal employee.

We will see where this goes over the next day or so, but hearing momentum is moving in Ryan Johnson’s direction for Vancouver’s head of hockey operations. Nothing is done until it’s done, but that’s the latest

Imagine thinking that putting a young goaltender on ice for 2 weeks, watching him (predictably) struggle on his return, pulling him, and then having your veteran replacement allow the 5th goal off of the ensuing faceoff, vindicates a 32nd place NHL team’s development decisions.

@BrockTalk @RJHenderson7 My thoughts exactly! Definitely open to renewing again down the road, but it is a lot of money (not even including parking, food, etc) to watch a basement team that can’t win on home ice. Happy to watch the rebuild from my couch
