@AshleyHomeStore At this point, they are asking me to accept a discount for the damaged furniture (which was supposed to be new), instead of following their own return policy which I strictly followed. What an absolutely unprofessional company, actually ridiculous.

@AshleyHomeStore Incredibly displeased with my recent furniture purchase and experience with your company. I ordered a new nightsand, received one that was damaged and out-of-box which was the first strike.

@AshleyHomeStore @AshleyHomeStore Just as an update for the public, do not buy anything from this joke of a company. They do not follow their own return policy, they simply try to dismiss you at every turn.

That said, I am looking for ANY type of update to my current issue regarding a replacement, and it shouldn't come down to using a public platform to openly scold your company, but I expect and anticipate someone from your company to reach out to fix this.

This is completely unacceptable, and I would never recommend your company to anyone who is looking for furniture. On the contrary, I have had wonderful experiences shopping with @RoomsToGo, who I will be looking to in the future for my furniture needs.
