DURANGO, CO Verbally & Physically Accosted for my hat. Literally minding my own business working out and an unhinged man came up and verbally accosted me, screaming at me 4 INCHES from my face, calling me every name in the book ‘f-ing B’……then, HIT MY HAT twice! He got an applause from folks nearby. (I asked them if they like men hitting woman) I stood my ground, 2 gentleman came to my rescue, he then stopped because of them (not before calling them f-ing thugs) & police were called, they are assessing the situation now. The Rec Center Staff APOLOGIZED to him (on the stairs) & sat with him for 15 mins, meanwhile I was the one he accosted, so much for protecting women. @CityofDurango @DurangoRec

@everettmjr @scottpshamblin All the best, I’ve done all of that. I love knocking doors too and talking with people. Intention doesn’t get the ballot in. Good people ‘intend’ to vote but don’t.

No more mailers, phone calls, flyers. More conversations at the park , school parking lot, church foyers and grocery stores sidewalks.

🐻🍯 Apparently someone forgot to tell this bear that we don’t offer room service… While we were sound asleep, our security camera caught this furry midnight inspector walking right up to our front screen door, peering inside like he was checking to see if we had any honey… or maybe just seeing if we were accepting overnight guests. Sorry, buddy. No honey. No picnic baskets. No Airbnb. 😂 Nothing gets your morning started quite like reviewing your camera footage and realizing a bear was literally looking through your front door while you were dreaming. @everettmjr @scottpshamblin I wish you all the best, I’ve worked my tail off on campaigns by a mile and still got beat because of MONEY! Getting uninterested to be interested is no easy task.

I am a future candidate working on this EXACT blueprint. It will work, but it takes a ton of work and time. There hasn’t been anyone (to my knowledge) that’s tried. Clearly it’s time for something new and unorthodox. The typical way of doing typical things ends in the same old outcomes.

@everettmjr @scottpshamblin This is great on paper…have you had personal experience helping a candidate achieve these goals?

In person events and leveraging of personal networks. Not a massive district. If he’s as solid as you say there should be MORE than enough folks that: 1) know him intimately as friends 2) have worked with him/for him 3) are involved in business transactions as customers and vendors 4) if he’s a man of faith, his fellow congregants 5) neighbors from near his home 6) family If he’s rock solid, there should be hundreds of people that can vouch personally for him. If he’s rock solid and an excellent candidate these hundreds of folks should be more than enthusiastic about sacrificing their personal time to assist his campaign by 1st and foremost activating their own networks. It would require his supporters to also be energetic , rock solid, trustworthy and an enthusiastic emissaries.

Picking Lindsey Graham’s sister to fill his Senate seat until January may be the best, VIABLE option. Do I love it. No BUT, I love it a lot more than a Nikki Haley or Trey Gowdy. It’s up to the SC Governor and from what I can see, SC GOP is a hot mess. Picking the sister tugs on the heart strings AND keeps worse options out. Tim Scott is already ditching his support of Trey Gowdy for the sister. I’d love to @ralphnor (Ralph Norman) to put his hat in for the primary! He’s former Freedom Caucus, principled and would make a great Senator!
