@qweentoshi @13Zombo13 @USPS @amazon @kroger Ehhh….kinda. The USPS is self-funded through postage rather than through taxes. It is a federal agency, but ran as a business instead of as a government organization.

That’s because Amazon and Kroger are for-profit businesses, whereas USPS is run by the federal government. USPS loses out on absolutely nothing if they fail to deliver your mail. Therefore, they can (and will) treat you however they want with no consequences. The for-profit businesses will do everything in their power to get your deliveries to you. Beautiful example of how capitalism is king.

The @USPS are refusing to deliver my mail because my porch steps are unsafe. Jayleen Graffinder is the person demanding I replace my steps. Guess what her husband sells for a living?

Something that caught my attention from Kyle Busch's interview with Sean Hannity: Kyle mentioned that his team "got our hands smacked" by NASCAR after winning Gateway in 2023 for what they were doing to their cars and were told not to bring it back. "In 2023 when I won those three races, after the third race that we won at Gateway, we got our hands smacked for some of the stuff that we were doing to the race car that NASCAR didn't like and said 'don't bring that back.' "It wasn't anything, like, against the rules. It was just, you always exploit the gray area. So we exploited a gray area and we found something and we had an advantage." Kyle mentioned that something that drew him to RCR in 2022 was that he felt like they were ahead of the curve on the Next Gen car (citing Tyler Reddick's success), but that they've since fallen behind.

@ClaireBLang If I were Spire, I would file a lawsuit immediately that JGR is taking pictures of their team as a way to gain information. They are taking photos of competitors. How do we know some photos don’t show data on screens. NASCAR shouldn’t allow teams to take photos of other teams.

The Joe Gibbs Racing v.s. Chris Gabehart and Spire Motorsports case continues. JGR has filed a motion alleging that Gabehart was at Bristol Motor Speedway doing tasks for Spire that they say violated the ruling that he was to undertake only upper management jobs - not competition jobs similar to his JGR past position. JGR employees took photos of Gabehart doing jobs they felt were in the competition area. The filing shows how much is at stake in the case for both sides. Here, for example, is Hendrick Motorsports Vice Chair Jeff Gordon (upper mgmt. level position) debriefing with crew chief Jeff Andrews and Kyle Larson after the Bristol race. He is not the competition director he is the Vice Chairman. I am not sure how it is even possible to rule that an elite level person at a race team not have anything to do with competition. I'm not an attorney but I shot this after the race and it shows how complex the whole issue is. Is a guy like Jeff working in competition or just listening? Who can say for sure? It made me think woah this is gonna be a tough one for both sides in the JGR, Gabehart, Spire case. The back and forth continues. I will leave the opinions up to the lawyers.

@AJFrancis410 I was working a show at an outdoor festival, and the dressing room was a block away from the ring. Walking down the sidewalk in trunks is only weird for the first couple seconds. Once you start getting stared at, you realize that getting attention is why we wrestle anyway.
