We are seeing a historic earnings boom.
The current year-over-year blended earnings growth rate for the S&P 500 is a whopping +27.1%, more than DOUBLE the +13.1% expected.
With ~63% of S&P 500 companies reporting Q1 earnings thus far, we are on track for the highest earnings growth rate since Q4 2021.
Meanwhile, Magnificent 7 companies alone are now guiding over $700 BILLION in CapEx spend for 2026 alone.
There has never been a more historic time to own assets than now.

I thought boots on the ground was all but a certainty today, however in light of the leak about Trump being "bored" with this war (insane thing to be typing), my case on troops aligns more with Jack's here.
Although the Israelis are trying their hardest to prevent this delay by ramping up their attacks on Iranian energy facilities today, but I think that as long as the Iranians don't retaliate against us or any ships in the gulf then Trump will use this weekend to try and TACO. As insane as it sounds, I can see a case for him just quietly and gradually disengaging and leaving the Israelis to get the shit bombed out of them as long as a solution for Hormuz is put on the table.

@MichaelPBento Agree, don't think boots will be on the ground this weekend, in addition, passover and easter coming, the Admin's best option is to use negotiation to supress oil price while comtemplating the next move.

Trump just did a press conference and mentioned nothing of a one month cease fire.
Now news comes out (5min after option trading closes), by Israeli Channel 12 mind you, a month long cease fire is being worked on.
