Still think Tua only throws to his first read?

This was a big play by Tua on the move to get into FG range on the game tying drive. It’s always good to see him make plays off script.

Two straight three and outs for Dolphins defense after they had allowed points on five consecutive possessions

Unsure what the analytics say, but I strongly feel that a team that scores a TD to tie at the end of the first OT should go for two. It's already likely coming down to two point conversions after that anyway, why not take the shot when they can't answer?

@BipolarBearBand @Ihartitz He’s a bigger PPR scam this year than Kamara or CMC ever have been. Achane’s season has singlehandedly convinced me that half PPR with 0.1 points per rush is the way to go

@OmarKelly Pre-tranfer portal/NIL I agree with this take. I worry it's not as true now though.

He’s probably build a team better in college than he would in the NFL. College requires player development more than talent evaluation. Belichick is great at player development, and so-so at evaluating IMO

@antwanstaley Yeah I can see Bill handling the Transfer Portal and talking to some 18 year old how he can get him a million dollars if he comes to UNC instead of NC State. Then after a loss to Wake Forest him saying ...."On to Boston College" There is NO WAY he is taking a college job

Without looking who knows the three quarterbacks to plays for the Jets in 34-13 and 30-0 losses to the Dolphins last season?

If Restrepo is on your wish list for the Dolphins in 2025, your wish list is accurate.

The game was over at halftime, but Tua Tagovailoa again was excellent in the second half. But it felt like 1 on 22 for much of the game.

Did the Dolphins finally activate Mo Kamara tonight as a sign of faith or to send a message that Barrett isn't needed? Or for both reasons? #GoFins

@the_real_reason There likely some room for nuance here that the ability to distribute and facilitate to other guys is partially (some argue in large part) due to the defensive attention Tyreek demands, thus still tangentially a Tyreek merchant. but I know this is Twitter where nuance goes to die

No one is talking enough about a narrative that’s been killed since Tua’s return. The “Tyreek is why Tua’s successful” narrative. Since Tua’s return he’s thrown for 1,277 passing yards, 11 TD’s, 1 INT while maintains a 77% completion percentage and 116.2 passer rating. Tyreek in that span has 277 receiving yards and 2 TDs with not a single game of a 100 receiving yards or more. He doesn’t even account for a quarter of Tua’s yardage or a fifth of Tua’s TD passing output. Instead, Tua’s once again elevating players around him like he’s done since he was a rookie as seen by Jonnu Smith’s career year so far and production on Miami’s 3 game winning streak. Tua’s taking what the defense gives him which is why the ball is being spread out between so many receivers and any given receiver can have a big game on any given Sunday right now. #GoFins

@OmarKelly Why don't we see any 6 OL sets to get Patrick Paul reps being a mauler in the run game? They love the tight ends as blockers that much?
