@PhilKiel Wish I had seen this video last week. I edited all of mine at the ad set level and got some issues where some of my ads got new post IDs so I lost all my social proof and engagement.

@DaveRekuc We had the same issue last week when trying to link a google sheet to a 3rd party sheets add-on to pull in shopify order data. Had to re-auth the connection a few times and the app support had to get involved but we got it working eventually.

The Shopify AI toolkit only has read access to orders in the last 60 days. An auth for read_all_orders fails. Is there a way to take the training wheels off? Severely limits the usefulness if we can only look at L60.

ai slop ads are crushing for us right now my team cannot get enough of it and you can make them in under an hour, all you need is -a reference video (the more absurd the better) -gemini to build your master frame -chatgpt to write your veo prompts -veo 3 to animate it -11labs to voice change -submagic for subs and boom, just like that, you just made a scroll-stopping ad for pennies I wrote the full breakdown on why this format works, the psychology, and my exact process with AI Comment+Repost “SLOP” and I’ll DM you the guide (Make sure to follow me so I can message you) p.s. had to delete the previous twete because of a glitch

I couldn't figure out why so many new stores were signing up today — until I saw this 😍 We do everything on the list. Slack/email reports are the one exception, but I'm working on it as we speak. We also have an MCP server, so you can talk to your data through Claude or ChatGPT. One plan. $29/mo. Same price whether you do $10k or $10M. 14-day free trial. 258 active stores with 23M orders and 50M line items processed. DMs are open if any questions 🙌🏻

Has anyone built the Judgeme version of Triple Whale yet? We pay over $1K/mo for triple whale (10-20x a claude subscription), it should really be ~$25-50/month. Only features we need: - Daily PnL dashboard + all Shopify analytics - Integrate ad and sales channels - Integrate subscription data - Slack/email reports - LTV charts That's it, don't need any of the AI or agent stuff, that's all done inside of Claude. Just be a nice looking API wrapper for shopify data and ad channel data and price yourself appropriately. Hopefully a cracked software builder in ecom can do this, there are thousands of stores waiting to churn legacy expensive saas and sign up.

Here is the template of my daily KPI tracker: docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d… The reason I prefer this over any SaaS tool, is because tools are rigid. Sheets allow me to manipulate data instantly and run custom analysis & calculations very quickly. More importantly, being immersed in the data every day gives you a true feel for your numbers that you simply don't get from a passively looking at a dashboard. If you want to use this, I'd recommend to get a data & automations expert from Upwork to automate the data input.

I recently spoke to a marketer who ran a $40M brand with just two designers and ONE AI process: He gave me and my team a masterclass on using AI to scale marketing and creative. Most brands use one tool with a bad prompt and hope it will solve all their problems. He chains 7 different tools together for: ideation, image creation, video editing, and iterating based on performance. ALL using AI and two offshore designers. I paid him 6-figures to build these systems for my companies. Now, I’m giving them away for free. Repost + Reply “GA” to get the guide in your DMs.

Opening up a spot for February for a free consult for a brand founder. Normally charge $500 per consult (but I don't really do them anymore..because I don't need to). I will post this 1x a month and prioritize BIPOC/women founders (no offense ecom bros 😉) Add a comment below if you'd like to do a call with me, we will chat through your brand, growth goals, and I will share any advice that I can. I have built multiple 7 and 8 figure brands, and oversee our own brands we have grown to 8 figures. My primary focus is creative strategy and growth strategy.

Create a 3 -5 min ai podcast ad -> take into capcut -> use AI clipping feature -> specify 15-30 second clips -> run the original video in ad account -> take clips and post them on all short form platforms -> find which ones get most reach-> add them to single ad set in ad account You’ve just got dozens of variations of your original video, organic exposure, free creative testing and hopefully a couple of banger ads all from a single video that you usually would have just out in your ad account and that’s it Taking the long form to short form clipping strategy into Ecom with minimal effort

These are the 5 things I’m focusing on to 4x the business this year. 2025 was our first 8-figure year. The goal for 2026 is to get closer to 9 figs. Here's exactly what we're doubling down on. 1. Creative (both quality and volume) Great creative is the highest leverage to scale efficiently. Goal is to increase both quality and output this year. Output only goes up if quality is high enough - no point in making more mediocre ads. 2. Retention Our retention is solid, but I know it can be way better. We haven't put much brainpower and focus into it yet. We're hiring someone to own this completely. Better retention means we can increase our target CAC > makes scaling easier and have more cash to reinvest into growth. 3. Launching new markets The model works. We've proven it in 5 markets. This year we're replicating it in 5 new markets - fully localized ads, funnels, and customer experience. 4. Expanding B2B DTC is great, but B2B adds profit margin. We're already in a bunch of local retailers. Goal is to expand this into all countries we're active in. 5. Product improvement We're not launching completely new products this year. We did a lot of product launches in 2025. This year we're focusing on improving our hero products as we believe this will improve our retention.
 That's the plan for 2026.
Happy to answer questions on how we execute on any of these.

The goal is as much revenue with as little people on your team as possible People boasting about the size of their team is not a flex, it’s a sign of naivety It’s equal to the guy who hit his first $100k profit going out a signing a lease for a penthouse From the outside it looks like you’re doing well but you’re just shackling chains around yourself Just like lifestyle inflation is what takes most people down personally OPEX inflation is the biggest killer of businesses’s

If you only obsess over one metric for your eCom business in 2026, make it your repeat rate. What is it? The percent of new customers who make a second purchase. If 25 of every 100 new customers make a second purchase, your repeat rate is 25%. Why is it important? It's a quick way to benchmark the health of your business. If your repeat rate is: <21%: RED ALERT - something is seriously wrong with your merchandising strategy or your product quality 21-25%: soft - your email, SMS, merch strategy & funnels all need fine tuning 26-29%: average - you're doing ok, but you could be doing better. Optimize email, SMS & post-purchase comms/offers 30-35%: above average - you're doing great! 36-38%: exceptional >39%: ironically...you might have a customer acquisition problem if your repeat rate is this high Why Repeat Rate? In eCom we often obsess over LTV - how can we squeeze one more dollar out of a customer? But in the process, we're overlooking the much more powerful cash flow lever–retaining more customers. That's what repeat rate measures: how good are you at navigating eCom's highest churn moment–the move from 1st to 2nd purchase 2nd purchase is the bottleneck to loyalty–you can't make a customer loyal if they never repeat in the first place. How To Use It: 1. To benchmark performance, pull the repeat rate for your most recent 12 months that have a minimum 6 months tenure. So, right now in early Jan, you would pull May 2024 through June 2025. Reason? You need to give customers at least six months to come back before the stat is "fair". 2. Then, pull repeat rate for each monthly cohort. Is it improving, or getting worse? How does this correspond with changes you made in your business? (new offer launches, killed a product, etc) 3. Next, pull your 30 and 90 day repeat rate for each monthly cohort. This will serve as your "quick read" on each month's performance. 4. Finally–when you test BIG new retention initiatives, tag the cohorts who participate, and study repeat rate. Do you see a lift in 30, 90 & 6 month repeat rate for these customers? If so, your programs are probably working.

eCom degens... we are 10 fucking days away from starting our superbowl (at least those in the health space). 12/26 you'll see CVR lift combined with CPMs down. A perfect storm that makes Q1 sexy af. Have site, emails, sms, ads all ready with New Years messaging and prepare to print.

“Usage rights” is the biggest scam perpetuated by the UGC community. You pay $500 a video only for a creator to hit you with “you have to pay for usage rights” F*ck that. I’m going hard into fully AI content in 2026 and replacing real creators with AI ones entirely. I’ll prove 5 misconceptions wrong right now: AI UGC looks fake. It’s now indistinguishable from real ads. 2. They can’t act as well as real creators Wrong with emotion controls like the ones built into arcade they look insanely real 3. They don’t perform Our win rate on a real creator is lower than that on an AI one. My favorite platform to create these is Arcads. Comment “AI” and I’ll DM you my full setup + the exact prompts I use to get the best outputs. Yes, I am a partner but only because I love the product.
