Some say that his medical knowledge is lacking, and that if he took a doctors exam, he'd probably get his name wrong. All we know is he's called the ConsUltaNT ACP and works at ST3 level with ease.

HIVtesting begins after claims of "unsterilizsed" equipment used to fit braces. They have certainly pressed a lot of buttons to roll out numerous PCR testing hoaxes. Contagious Pathogens are a Hoax. that's all. dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1…

Medicine is about cognition. Not just knowledge. The closest analogy is learning a language. You can learn a certain amount of vocab passively and a lot actively. You can learn the grammar rules. But the knowledge is NOT the same as reading or SPEAKING. /

Doctors have to stop running down other professions and trades in order to make their point. It’s killing good will. They deserve more money, better training routes, so much better condition. End of. The comparisons have to stop @TheBMA @BMAResidents @fletchjack

@HelenFlavell1 @nhsswipecard Exactly. Thank you for supporting my point. After they started using thalodomide, there WAS evidence of harm. 20+ years of advanced practice, and you can't provide anything about harm. Thank you for your support.

@ConsUltaNT_ACP @nhsswipecard There was no evidence of harm before they started using Thalidomide. You can’t keep saying there’s been 20+ years with no issue when we both know the training and deployment of ACPs in its current form is unsafe. This, together with worsening budget restraints, is unsafe.

A total of 96 shifts were filled by ACPs in the last 12 months. These were cover for FY2 doctor shifts. Happy days

@HelenFlavell1 @nhsswipecard Also, the whole point of ACPs is their background of clinical experience. I don't agree, generally, with someone walking straight into a ACP course without at least 5 years of clinical experience.

@HelenFlavell1 @nhsswipecard Show me the evidence of harm. - Coroners reports - News articles - FtP hearing - Criminal convictions But you can't, becaue it doesn't exist. 20+ years there's been no issue.

@HelenFlavell1 @nhsswipecard ACPs have been doing what we do for 20+ years. Safely and effectively. There was no issue, until doctors got their knickers in a twist 12 months ago and then got traction on SoMe. Until then, zero issue. In reality, day-to-day, still no complaints from our colleagues.

@nhsswipecard It’d be interesting to see what rates of pay the ACPs were paid, if they were offered to locum Drs if FY2s were moved to nights/ evenings to cover this and what caused the gaps ( sickness, strikes, planned holidays). I suspect ACPs replacing Drs is going to be the norm.

I don’t agree with a lot of what this account says but with the UKGP setting limits at 5yrs, IMGs will leave their LED posts and go further abroad. Watch carefully & I’ll bet many of those LED posts will get turned into ACP posts. @TheBMA - what are you going to do about this?
Dr Elizabeth ‘Kandi ✨@DrETKandi

We’re all in this position because the UK government is actively replacing doctors with other health workers. It’s now becoming more frequent to hear GPs being made to reduce their sessions by their practices. But sure, make the IMGs the boogeyman and go as far as being racist!

If you were in any doubt? YES, because there are many different Gram Negative Bacteria that are harmless and Identical to the bacteria they claim causes meningitis... They use PCR to distinguish them. Same scam different day.

@jim_crawfurd @medicalmodelbri @nhsswipecard If I'm about to board a plane and the pilot is sick, I would not appreciate a senior pilot giving me a non-pilot and saying it's better than a gap. I would not get on the plane. How do we safeguard patients from this effect who are after emergent care?
