Key clarifications The $10,474 is the standard amount per participating student attending an approved private school (same for any religious or non-religious private school in the program). It’s not an automatic payout to every Muslim child—families must apply, meet eligibility rules, and choose an approved school. Special-needs students can get up to $30,000. The program is voluntary school choice. Families decide where to use the funds (Christian, Jewish, Islamic, secular private schools, etc.).
