I really hope you are having an amazing start to your day. I can’t even begin to tell you how God is working in my life right now. What’s interesting is that… I feel like God is “putting me in situations” where he is constantly “testing” me and my belief in him. And every time… The growth on the other side of the “mini life experience” creates this feeling inside of me where the message of… “You did good my faithful servant” Is IMPRINTED on my heart. That movie I watched the other night… “The Case For Christ” Is inspiring me to read and dig into everything that @LeeStrobel wrote. It feels like I am getting to the point in my faith where… “The deeper I go down the rabbit hole of my faith, Jesus, the resurrection, and everything connected to it”… The more I am feeling the Holy Spirit guiding me. I wouldn’t be surprised if at some point in the next 10 years I have a divine appointment with one of God’s angels… Just like Lee Stronel has already written about. Yes…I am already feeling and thinking about that (as crazy as it sounds)… And I welcome all of it. In saying all of that… Just this morning… While driving my son to school… After having one of those EPIC “parenting moments I will never forget” last night… The Christian songs we were listening to on my son’s “recommended” playlist started making me cry. I tried holding it back while driving… But it was IMPOSSIBLE. God’s word… And how these amazing Christian artists create incredible songs with Him as their inspiration… Is absolutely incredible! Totally Absolutely Incredible I haven’t “cried” or “felt” anything like this from the time my father passed (over 20 years ago) all the way up to Charlie being assassinated. The tears just flow effortlessly now out of nowhere sometimes when I feel like God is speaking to my soul through whatever mechanism he chooses. THIS inner-transformatio CONTINUES to roll… And the KNOWINGNESS that the birth, death, and resurrection of Jesus has literally been proven… By people like Lee Strobel… Who was a previous atheist… Man… I sit here standing in awe of where my faith stands right now in this moment. It makes me stand back and think… I wish I had access to a movie like “The Case For Christ” when I was being raised in the Catholic Church as a kid. It would have taken my “belief in God during that time” from my head to my heart in a more REAL way. But YOU know… Just as well as I do… God’s timing is perfect… Whether we like it or not. AND… Whether we UNDERSTAND it or not. In closing… I pray that what I wrote for you just now speaks to your soul, and positively impacts this moment… And the rest of the day for you. There is so much work to be done for The Kingdom and the world. As we navigate US + Global politics together as fellow brothers and sisters… I can’t imagine doing it without keeping God front and center. Make it a great day my fellow brothers and sisters… And I will see you in the next post! God Bless ✝️

She didn’t stop there, she nagged me until my son was 6 years old to give him up for adoption. Told me over and over again how I ruined my life. I was a senior in high school. His father was incarcerated most of his life. I had no real support system. And instead of being lifted up, people like my own mother made the struggle even heavier. But let me tell you something… I THANK GOD I didn’t give in. 🙌🏽 Every tear, every sleepless night, every lonely moment, it all molded us. It built us. Against all odds… I raised a U.S. Marine. 🇺🇸 We don’t do weak. 💯💪🏽
