Would you be okay with Nikki Haley succeeding Lindsey Graham?
I'm still angry at her for running against President Trump in the primary, but she'd be guaranteed to hold the seat for the Republicans in November, and keeping control of the Senate is all that matters!

@GioBruno1600 I don't look at any career politician that way and that is the real tragedy here. @LindseyGrahamSC like @SenJohnMcCain & @SenMcConnell (who is presumed ☠️) & @JoeBiden, who, deceased or not was in no condition to be POTUS, miss the point. It's public service NOT a profession.

BREAKING UPDATE: @fortworthpd released a statement to Fox, ADMITTING that their officers "made certain statements that were not accurate" after they threatened to ticket Christian preachers for "offensive" speech.
They also said they will "provide refresher training to Fort Worth Police Officers and new trainees on First Amendment protections."
Not good enough. These officers blatantly violated the 1st Amendment MULTIPLE TIMES.
They should be FIRED.

I am in Chautauqua, New York for a book event this week and was shocked to wake up to learn that Lindsey Graham has died at 71. I knew and worked with Lindsey since his time in the House of Representatives. His death is a great loss for our nation... jonathanturley.org/2026/07/12/the…

My heart is heavy upon learning of the passing of my friend and colleague, South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham.
My prayers are with his family and all who knew and loved him.
I loved serving with Lindsey and will miss his infectious laugh, quick wit, and enthusiasm for life.
