@Deborahj_Powell @Iberia It’s impossible to complete claim online -it said my claim number was invalid. @Iberia on twitter did it for me 🙏🏼 I have received an offer for 30% of what I had to spend. No refund for cost of flying with a suitcase. Yes- would have been much easier if I’d been heading home.

@CookinginSpain @Iberia It's difficult. The cut off point is 72 hours. Friends tried and decided it wasn't worth the effort. I tried for my mother and came to the same conclusion. But in both cases, they didn't have to buy clothes etc to get by as they were travelling home or to friend's houses.

@Cognisant2000 @Iberia Wow - that’s shocking. Thank you for warning. Scammers have approached me on here. I will never choose to fly @iberia again- give me @Ryanair_ES @Ryanair any day for Spanish domestic flights. Stick to their rules and you get what you pay for👏

@CookinginSpain @Iberia Good luck. We paid 4 Premium Economy on flight to USA last year. On our outbound flight, they put us in economy, with no explanation. They refused to refund. Beware scammers may call you & offer you refund. They claim you have to open an account with Remily. It's a scam.🤦

78 hours later I am reunited with my suitcase. Out of the blue a delivery driver called me- even though via phone call to @Iberia 6 hours earlier, I had updated with a new address. ( I’m on the road in NE Spain). He and I made a plan🙏🏼You really have been a shocker #Iberia

My business is travel. I encourage people to travel. But @Iberia has filled me with such dismay that it has taken the joy out of doing what I love to do best. I like to get shit done but #Iberia has left me totally powerless. There’s nothing I can do to get my bag back🤦🏻‍♀️

48 hours after a short domestic flight in Spain (Sevilla- Madrid), @Iberia have failed to get my bag to me. They have failed to offer any positive support. They have failed to offer reassurance. There is no one person who can help me as I’m now part of a system. I’m just a number

Yesterday I flew with @Iberia from #Seville to #Madrid. But my suitcase did not. The plane was overweight & preference was given to suitcases of those with connecting flights in Madrid. Iberia playing God with suitcases. 32 hours later no bag & no care from #Iberia

@WeeRascal Oh Del - such a double blow. My deepest sympathy. But a huge feeling of relief that one didn’t have to suffer without the other for too long. My parents died suddenly (88 & 89) 3 weeks apart. Such an extraordinary thing to process but a strong sign of love ❤️ ❤️
