Rhett Humphrey is also a standout two-way player and multi-year starter who sets the tone on both sides of the ball. 🔹 All-State firepower in the backfield: Senior RB Austin Evans returns after an explosive junior year that earned him First Team All-State honors with 1300+ yards rushing and 19 TDs. With a 4.6 laser-timed 40, Evans brings big-play capability every time he touches the ball. 2026 Central Texas Christian QB Cooper Smith will be one of the best returning QBs in TAPPS D4 next season. The 6’2 athlete has been the gunslinger for the Lions the past couple of years and will bring a that experience into his senior year.
