Their program centers on Rwanda’s digital transformation journey and the architecture of its key public infrastructures. Working in coordination with @RwandaICT, @RISARwanda, @RDBrwanda, and @IremboGov, the delegates will explore national e-government platforms, online business registration systems, and digital service delivery frameworks. Driven by mutual commitments to South-South cooperation, this study visit centers heavily on public finance management and development effectiveness. The program features technical sessions with @RwandaFinance, the @GovernanceRw, @statisticsRW, @TI_Rwanda, and the @RwandAgriExport.
