You listen real fucking carefully here...They've had 100+ years to ban Congressional stock trading. They have not. WHEN, they do ban themselves, you had best cash all the way out and run out of the Casino...because a crash of epic proportions is coming. You'll notice they are NOT banning themselves from purchasing crypto. On the eve of the ban, get out of your 401Ks, sell every stock you own....because you are their exit liquidity. This is not a moral vote...this is a plausible deniability that can be sold to mouth-breathing, booger-eating constituents back home as a virtuous thing they did. Don't buy the hype. Tether makes $13 billion a year just for holding the dollars behind your stablecoins. 100 employees. $130 million in profit per person. The most profitable company per employee in modern history. US banks are now trying to take that back. The FDIC used to insure each stablecoin holder up to $250,000. As of April 7, that protection is gone. Only the digital dollars banks issue are insured now. They didn't ban stablecoins. They just rewrote the rulebook so the dollars go to the banks.

@VincentSco72192 Bruh, you are conflating what many (most?) states do via their General Assemblies/Governors in enacting law and how Congress/POTUS/Federal law operates. You're a Missouri guy (same, M-I-Z...). In Missouri, after a bill is passed by the General Assembly & signed by the Governor, it takes effect as law on the next August 28th (GA session ends in May). If the bill is to take effect immediately, as law, it requires an "emergency clause" - which is a separate roll call vote from the underlying bill and requires a 2/3rds yay vote passage as opposed to simple majority. Standard Operating Procedure for Federal Law, as the Clarity Act would/could be, is not like that - the legislation takes effect, as LAW, IMMEDIATELY upon enactment (POTUS signature). No special super majority vote needed. No waiting period. Passage/Signature = Law.

I am genuinely curious Since genius passed I have been explaining how each law is not effective when it is signed, that there is a baked in delay, that it takes an act of Congress to eliminate it, and Congress would only do that in response to an event How could anyone have missed that? Is X censoring that information from me to you? I have repeated it in probably 4000 posts and in content So is x censoring ?

Been running an experiment at Chick-fil-A for about two years now. Every time I go through the drive-thru I say thank you as many times as possible to force them to say my pleasure. Current record is 17. They know what I'm doing. I know what I am doing. They can't stop. The training is too strong. My wife asked me to stop.
