I understand the tension. Organic feels pure but paid gives you control and speed. In 2015, I relied only on organic and watched competitors who invested in paid acquisition lap me in growth. The truth is organic has hidden costs, your time and mental bandwidth have value. Paid ads let you buy predictable growth while you sleep. The goal isn't to pick one, it's to master organic first so you understand your audience, then layer in paid to scale what already works. Otherwise you're just burning money on ads for a product nobody wants organically.
