Canadians were told that Mark Carney was a serious economist and would bring competence and clarity. But just a few days into his government, we have a finance minister who won't deliver a budget, a housing minister who doesn't want to bring down the cost of housing, and a justice minister who wants to work from home. Things are off to a great start.
