DSIP (delta sleep inducing peptide) is objectively the healthier option for inducing sleep compared to z-drugs like ambien and benzos BUT the effects are extremely inconsistent, tolerance builds fast (anecdotally), science not nearly as solid as that of Khavinson's on epitalon. should be redundant with pinealon + epitalon paired with some half-decent habits. DSIP is a questionable bandaid, pine + epi are fundamental repairs, imo.

@levelsio Yeah I just bring a liter of OJ that I put some salt into and drink it throughour my workout.
Never done electrolytes/PWO/protein pwoder before just a plain water guy always.
Feels v good so far tho 1mo in. Considering adding protein to the OJ to get intra-workout protein

How the hell do small businesses in NYC make money?
This tiny pizzeria in East Village pays $13K/mo in rent
Assuming:
- $19K/mo in staff (3 ppl @ $19/hr)
- $2K/mo in utilities
- $3K/mo for everything else - repairs, insurance, software, cleaning, etc
That means this tiny shop pays $37k/mo in fixed costs.
Assuming pizza costs are 30% of revenue (standard), the shop would have to SELL ~2,000 pizzas a month to break even.
Or ~68 pizzas a DAY… 6 pizzas an hour. And that’s at $0 profit.
Do people eat that much pizza?

@zeroxjackson have a yoga mat on the floor next to ur bed and just roll outta bed and do some stretching/general mobility + some basic exercises (plank, jumping jacks, pushups) whatever feels right in the moment
Every 2-3 days go outside to outdoor gym and do pullups/dips
