@daniel_pockrus @GermanicFren What makes you say it's AI? AI videos are typically high resolution. There's primary research out there where obese people fasted for 30 days and all blood panels showed better health. That's kind of what fat storage is for - periodic starvation.

A lot of people don't want to hear it but she is right. People overeat. Doing carnivore diet and eating 1 meal a day has improved my health. It's really not hard once you get use to it and cut out all chemicals and dyes, your body no longer craves it and fasting feels good.
