@AsdaServiceTeam logged into my online banking this morning & noticed a payment to Asda online groceries that I didn’t recognise, says transaction date is Tuesday 13th Dec, I’ve not had an order on that day, even checked my Asda recent orders & there isn’t an order on that day?
@AsdaServiceTeam someone give me a definitive answer as to why my Christmas order got cancelled today!? Not one phone call, but 4 attempts at taking my money!! Asda should of actioned a security check that I could approve and then payment would of happened. This didn’t happen!
@AsdaServiceTeam there has been some irregular activity with Asda taking unauthorised payments from my bank account. Totally over £500. Can you please contact me ASAP to sort this issue. I have tried using the customer service helpline but it is not helpful or useful.

@KnellTaylor Hey how did you manage to sort this? I’m kinda in the same situation, been away for the last 6 months , thought auto pay was set up and now have a £4500 fine from debt collectors for the congestion
[4/4] my address properly & I would have paid the fine as soon as I received the reminder letter - which I have since done. The date of the original fine is July 2021. It’s taken more than a year to sort this out. So much for ‘every journey matters’ eh?! 🤦🏻♀️

@Ryanair absolutely RIDICULOUS! I have been trying to get a hold of your agents for the past THREE DAYS in relation to a booking that I have been attempting to cancel. “Outstanding balance” when I have made another booking. I am OUTRAGED.
