@CrossCountryUK 16:08 Leeds to Ncl 1st class. Drunk girls swearing, vaping, playing music & generally very loud etc, drinking bottles of wine and occupying other people's seats. No 1st class catering at all, either. What exactly was the money I paid for 1st class tickets for ?

@studio_co_uk I've been in touch with your company many times over the last 2 months and it's going around in circles. I think people need the level of customer service you're providing, especially when you're affecting people's credit scores with false reports.

@studio_co_uk any particular reason you're making missed payment reports to a credit record when you already know the order was never delivered by Evri in November 22? I want this corrected and removed ASAP.

@gonortheast It was the 10.53 at Carr Hill that went through early this time, and the 11:08 was late. The early issue is happening regularly, and they're then sitting on Split Crow Road for a few minutes as they're early there.They're only early because they've gone early through other stops.

@gonortheast would it be possible, even once, for the 52 to arrive at Carr Hill on time, & not go though early ? Yet again the bus was on Split Crow Rd when they should just have reached Carr Hill school. Means a 15 min wait because you're running early. Happens all the time.

@CouncilTaxGuy Sadly, Newcaslte isn't one of our stations, it is managed by LNER, so any station announcements would come be programmed by them, I am really sorry to hear that this wasn't made clear to you, I appreciate that's less than ideal and am sorry it has changed your plans. ^LK

@northernassist Not a single announcement until 40 mins after, and that just said delayed. No fun dealing with an autistic child, now we have had to cancel the day out.

@MMonMonday As for his previous, we don't know what that was or how relevant it is to the offence at hand. I guess what I'm trying to say is that even though cases like this look pretty black and white in a newspaper report, in reality, when privy to the full facts, they might not be.
