Spencer Pratt is an elite. Fool blew his $10 million fortune on wine, crystals and partying. He’s a proven liar. Said he was living in a trailer when in fact, he staying in a $1500-a-night hotel in one of the richest parts of LA flanked by personal armed security. While it’s terrible that he lost his house in the fire, he didn’t have homeowners insurance and admitted he was house poor. Thinking it’s a terrible idea to put a political novice who cannot manage his own personal finances in charge of a complex city with a $15 billion budget isn’t “sneering elitism” — it is called common sense.
Phineas Fahrquar@irishspy

This kind of sneering elitism is exactly how you get Trump. Or Pratt.

@Crabtreeroad @pepfessions No appetite doesn't mean I don't eat, I can control it 100%. I didn't have that on 12mg of Reta, but get that with 7.5mg of Tirz. Still hitting 200 grams of protein a day.

Switched from tirzepatide to retatrutide expecting magic. Got the same weight loss but my resting heart rate climbed from 62 to 84 and stayed there for 3 months. Reta is not tirz plus. It's a different beast and nobody talks about the cardiovascular load.

@JohnWebbMD @pepfessions Nice work. That’s why I was asking…When you say “appetite is gone” it sounds worrisome because you still need to eat to at least maintain muscle mass.

@Crabtreeroad @pepfessions I gained 15lbs of muscle while losing 110lbs on Tirz. Not sure Reta is going to be "muscle sparing".. if one doesn't eat healthy, it doesn't matter which medicine they take.

@pepfessions I switch and was hungry on a high dose of Reta, went back to moderate Tirz and appetite was gone. Wasn't as good as I hoped (could always be the quality🤷🏻‍♂️).

The rain today and tomorrow are going to do absolutely nothing to help the very dry conditions not too far under our soil. It took only 2-3 days of heat expose the issues and it's only going to get worse this year. Root systems and not getting consistent adequate amount of water.

@DrCamRx Doesn’t tirzepatide have stronger appetite suppression? People that want to gain or maintain muscle mass need to eat.

Unpopular Opinion: Tirzepatide is a better choice for most people than Retatrutide. TRIUMPH-1 trial results prove it: Reta 4 mg: 19% weight loss at 80 weeks Tirz 10 mg: 19.5% weight loss at 72 weeks Reta is only superior at 9+ mg doses (25.9%) with far more side effects:

@drmarlonperalta My diet is going pretty well without it. I’m considering a low dose GLP-1 for the long maintenance period. That’s the hard part. I always lose weight in the summer without trying and gain it back + some in the winter. Seasonal use might be best for me.

99% of people think that once they stop retatrutide, they'll be disciplined enough to NOT gain weight The retatrutide-induced - fat burning - nutrient handling - appetite suppression all stop - even with PERFECT execution If the rebound is inevitable, use it to your advantage

@BuckSexton People buy stupid stuff they cannot possibly afford. $1,600.00 smart phones. $1,600.00 Smart phones and $5 Lattes add up. Add in $70,000 dollar leased cars. 70 inch TV's The list is endless. I'm not dismissing Obama care or house prices just a sprinkle of reality.

@Roccomyworld @allengilmer @AlexReimer1 The world is different for sure. Older generations also didn’t spend like we do. Both are true. Not sure what debating on Twitter will do. I would recommend for myself and everyone else to be more frugal. Good luck.

@Crabtreeroad @allengilmer @AlexReimer1 They didn’t have to spend 250k on an entry level home, or be faced w 2k a month rent for even average apartments/houses. People are spending the median 1980 household income on rent every year. The world is VERY different and it’s ignorant to act like it isn’t.

@Roccomyworld @allengilmer @AlexReimer1 Great. You do whatever you want. I’m sure you’re doing well too. The same “cheap ass” people you’re referencing are now retired and vacation in Italy every year and Florida for the winter. I hope my generation can afford to do the same.

People used to take a bag lunch or cook at home. Running a fast serve restaurant means marking up raw food costs 3X to pay for people 20-35% of costs, and building utilities. If you do it right, 10-15% is left as pre tax profit. If you made it at home, it’s half the cost, unless you buy at Costco or Sam’s, then you can be at 1/3 cost. My mom, dad or grandad, and grandma didn’t eat out at lunch normally. It was for special occasions. Fast food has to keep its price point low just because of this.
