@craftsman Hi I just purchased your OBD2 reader. It seems like a simple design which I like. However, all the manual says is go to your webpage, enter the SKU and download. It might be a good idea to make the update software easier to access. I had to get an agent to help me.

@craftsman 5+ weeks for a CMMT44202 breaker bar warranty exchange...but delivered tomorrow from Amazon.com shipped and sold by you. Get your priorities straight. Difficult to continue to justify these prices with a warranty program as horrible as this. I miss Sears..

Bought a new @craftsman lopper at @AceHardware today. Battery won't charge. Craftsman says, "Oh, your battery is out of warranty; the date code is from 5 years ago Not our problem." First and last Craftsman tool I will own. @stanleytools you've destroyed a great American brand.

@craftsman Well, after 30 years of being loyal to Craftsman hand tools, I will no longer buy any craftsman products. A ratchet I've had for 25 yrs broke. When I went to warrenty it at a local Ace. I was told it can't be warranted. @HarborFreight earned a new customer #icontools

I’m rich beyond compare, yes, I own a whole set, including, the 19/32. Handed down from my father. It’s the little things!

@craftsman purchasing a CMEST913 19 months ago, hav a on / off switch go bad . 1 CS rep told me that I have to replace cuz there's no service center . No# in manual for the part , .2nd CS rep tells me that I can't buy 1. Great way to lose a 6 decade old customer. Crap product
