@justincrump_iam @eBay No, you're not blocked. Their entire API is down right now. It's been down for about 3 hours. It's affecting many 3rd party applications like mine (spadeberry), nifty, vendoo, etc. I've got a script running testing it every 10 minutes, still not up yet.

I haven't mined sine 2018 but I can help answer this question. Just go to whattomine dot com. Mining profitability (outside of having space, cooling, and asic miners) is almost entirely tied to your access to cheap electricity. For example, just looking at my screenshot 1 below; I'd imagine the Bitmain Antminer S23 is one of the more standard devices you'd purchase for mining SHA-256 (Lots of hashrate, consumes lots of power, etc). If you're electricity cost 10 cents per kilowatt hours, you're losing $2 per day per device at current BSV prices. You're mining over $6 in BSV a day but you're electricity cost would be over $8 a day. If you look at screenshot 2 you can see that if you have access to electricity at 3 cents a kilowatt you'd be in the green nearly $4 per day per machine. I can vouche that rates in missouri where I live in 2018 were about 11 cents in the winter and 14 cents in the summer. I believe at the time you could get electricity in certain areas in texas for 3-4 cents a kilowatt hour back then. Zero clue what rates are these days.

My X feed is currently full of old school Bitcoiners like this, hating on Adam Back, Blockstream, and Bitcoin Core for their ties to Epstein, and some are now asking how deep the rabbit hole goes. @gavinandresen, to whom Satoshi originally gave the keys to the code repository, had his GitHub access keys revoked after he endorsed Craig Wright (@CsTominaga) as Satoshi around the time Epstein became involved. Gavin has never recanted that claim, as far as I know. The release of the Epstein files over the past weekend has vindicated so many conspiracy theorists. So why stop there? We trusted Adam Back when he said Craig Wright wasn't Satoshi. I definitely trust Gavin Andresen more than Adam Back at this stage. I really don't know what or who to believe anymore, so I'm buying some Bitcoin SV at $15, just in case this shit gets any weirder, if that's at all possible... Interestingly, Binance seems to only list a perp for BSV, not BSV itself, which enables naked shorting of BSV and could trigger a massive short squeeze if people start buying BSV and taking it off exchanges. Seems like a good risk/reward play.
