Data on mitral valve fracture is lagging... but, clearly there must be a benefit from getting a large/expanded THV in for Mitral Valve-in-Valve. Case of a 27mm Mosaic (True ID 22mm)- good neo-LVOT with Mitral ViV and fracture. Anyone would do this differently? @PWengrofskyMD @vandanMD @HMHNewJersey #mitral #structuralheart

@PLooserMD @PWengrofskyMD Tough to routinely fracture - not enough safety data. I think if you can get a bigger and well expanded valve default still no fracture … But if it looks constrained or gradients higher.. 👍
