A great view of turn 1, lap 1 of the #MexicoGP. Verstappen, too much speed on the outside and no hope of making T1. Why no penalty? Leclerc, no attempt to make T2, clearly behind Hamilton when he cut the corner. Doesn't give the place back. Why no penalty? Joke. #F1

@stephengunter Well, that is an issue but the bigger issue is it being on a car when it’s against the rules.

Article 40.9 of the #F1 sporting regs is interesting. It seems that #RedBullCheats are in breach if they have a system that allows the aero configuration to be changed without tools. They don’t have to have used it. This is exactly what the bib adjustment device allows.
