@fesshole You clearly have no idea how much more per month a mortgage costs now. Go and look at purchasing a property now and see how much it costs for a mortgage compared to 2 years ago. Might give you an insight. Being a landlord is not a charity.

My landlord confessed that he only put my rent up because the letting agent told him to and he wouldn't have thought about it otherwise. I get my revenge by repeatedly reporting their business as "permanently closed" on Google and Apple Maps
