Last week, the Indiana State Senate chose not to send two more Republicans to the US House of Representatives. Two more voices that would have represented Hoosier values and served as reinforcements for President Trump. Two more votes that would have supported the border wall, voter ID, and peace through strength.
History will show that, when given the chance to solidify the recovery of our Republic, the Indiana Senate blinked. 21 Republicans joined Democrats to kill the redistricting bill in what I believe to be a misguided defense of “tradition” over victory. I am disappointed, but my resolve has never been stronger.
I remain 100% committed to the President’s America First agenda — stopping the invasion at our southern border, strengthening our military, combating the drug crisis, lowering utility costs, and making America healthy again — because it puts Americans and Hoosiers FIRST.
As state lawmakers, we cannot be passive observers. We must be the engine of this agenda in Indiana. In the 2026 legislative session, I will work relentlessly to advance the conservative legislation my constituents have demanded. I am not going to the Statehouse just to file bills — I will pass bold reforms that improve lives, protect our families, and reflect our shared values.
More often than not, the loudest voices in the room don’t represent the silent majority. It’s our job as legislators to see through the noise and deliver.
With that, I’ll just leave this unsurprising (and not the first of its kind) polling here:
