There’s literally a chair set up at SCOTUS for our presidents to sit in for oral argument. Your separation of powers nonsense is more imitation pearl-clutching hauteur.
Kathryn Watson@kathrynw5

If President Trump attends the Supreme Court's oral arguments tomorrow on his birthright citizenship executive order like he says he will, he would be the first sitting president on record to do so. Presidents have avoided attendance in part to honor the separation of powers.

The Senate Armed Services Committee recently held a hearing on threats to the homeland. Under President Biden, the border crisis dominated these hearings. Thanks to President Trump, it’s no longer a concern. wicker.senate.gov/2026/3/wicker-…

Great news, USAF pilots! You can now do special favors for AOC, Adam Schiff, Joe Biden or lefty Hollywood celebrities and Pete won't do anything about it! Obviously there's *no way* he would lift this suspension just because he likes Kid Rock, so this must be new Pentagon policy!
Pete Hegseth@PeteHegseth

Thank you @KidRock. @USArmy pilots suspension LIFTED. No punishment. No investigation. Carry on, patriots. 🇺🇸

BREAKING: YES! The U.S. Army formally SUSPENDS the aircrew that flew their Apache helicopters outside of Kid Rock's house in a wasteful MAGA internet stunt. This is exactly what they deserve for abusing our tax dollars... “The personnel involved have been suspended from flight duties while the Army reviews the circumstances surrounding the mission, including compliance with relevant FAA regulations, aviation safety protocol and approval requirements,” stated Army spokesperson Major Montrell Russell. He added that the incident is actively under investigation so it "it would be inappropriate to discuss specific findings at this time" but the Army “takes any allegations of unauthorized or unsafe flight operations very seriously and is committed to enforcing standards and holding personnel accountable.” The investigation and suspensions came after Kid Rock, real name Robert James Ritchie, posted videos to social media over the weekend of $50 million Apache attack helicopters hovering outside his Tennessee residence beyond his pool. Ritchie, a washed up musician who has found something resembling relevance in recent years by going hardcore MAGA, can be seen in the clip clapping and saluting the helicopters. “This is a level of respect that sh*t for brains Governor of California will never know,” the so-called musician captioned one of the posts. “God Bless America and all those who have made the ultimate sacrifice to defend her.” It's unclear what Governor Newsom, a possible 2028 presidential contender, has to do with the asinine videos beyond the perennial obsession that conservatives have with California. The backlash to the clips was swift and widespread, with many Americans demanding to know why their tax dollars are being used for a partisan military stunt involving such a repulsive celebrity. This is the same Republican Party that refuses to fund healthcare, child care, or basic social services. There's no money to make your life even a little bit easier, but there's money to burn through helicopter fuel for Kid Rock. Please ❤️ and share to demand a full investigation into Kid Rock's involvement!

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents, working with state police, pulled over a vehicle, in Ogden, Utah… and smashed their car window because he wouldn’t roll it down all the way. Watch the shift… because this is where it goes from aggressive to completely out of control. The driver already has the window partially open. The ICE agent is yelling, giving a countdown, threatening to break the window… while another officer is trying to open the door from the other side. No explanation, or clear threat… Just escalation. Then, someone inside says, “I’m a U.S. citizen… you pointed a gun at me.” And that’s the moment everything changes. Instead of pulling back… instead of correcting… instead of even acknowledging it… The ICE agent snaps. “I don’t give a shit who you are, I don’t know you.” And then he immediately escalates further… raises the metal bar… and starts hitting the window… doubling down on force. A person says you pointed a gun at them… and your response is not to de-escalate… It’s to get MORE aggressive. That’s retaliation. They call them “non-compliant”… and within seconds, the window is smashed and the driver is dragged out. And it doesn’t stop there. The passenger… who is recording… gets told to “stay there” while the officer puts his hand on his gun. He responds, “I’m recording for my safety.” The officer shuts the door on him anyway. When he opens it again and steps out… and then the officer physically shoves him back into the car. This is what needs to be understood… The escalation didn’t come from a threat. It came the second someone spoke up… the second someone said, “you pointed a gun at me”… The second someone started documenting it. That’s when it got worse. That’s when it turned physical. That’s when the window broke. And that’s what should alarm people… because that’s not about safety anymore. That’s about being challenged… and responding with more force.
