We had to be so creative during the pandemic with those! Such a fun way to use technology to take students somewhere they've never been and promote student engagement.

Both are adaptive to the students needs and progress at the pace of each student. My go to is Google Slides I used to be a PowerPoint girl but the pandemic changed me 🤣 I always have a few extra brain breaks or fun songs on my slides just in case we have extra time or need a wiggle break.

I use a number for each student..It is the same on their cubby, chromebook, may-do buckets etc. It's tricky at first but they get the hang of it! I've also heard of using an image for each student to identify their materials. SO many great ideas.

@Raychelm9 @doctor2pi Yes! I love that you included the parents. It is so important to keep them involved in the learning.....and who doesn't love a great youtube video?!?! It keeps students engaged and can enhance their learning!

@doctor2pi A1) I believe technology within the classroom setting is a great tool. Not only can you find fun, informative, and interesting videos on Youtube to show students. You can also have parents included within the classrom by using Remind. So they also are up to date with is happening

@CruzinthroughK @doctor2pi @DrEddiesClass Hello Colleen! One similar tool to Kahoot is Blooket. Students love it! It contains similar components to Kahoot but allows students to revisit problems. I have not used Pear-Deck, but I might have to give it a try as I love to use Slides. 😀 #EDCI6610

Peardeck🍐 is a fun way to make the learning visual and get immediate insight to see who is answering correctly.
