Fed funds is now above the 2y yield. Under normal circumstances, the Fed should be done hiking now. My gut is telling me that this was the last hike, but Powell is also on a rampage to regain credibility and could lead to a major policy error.

Obviously unpopular take for CT (that likes to bandwagon and groupthink everything), but I think @zhusu or @KyleLDavies get more hate than they deserve. Is anything they did (unsecured loans) even illegal? I already put PND'ers (like Moon, MMCrypto, Melker, etc.) as far worse.

Had a conversation in Feb this yr w a sovereign wealth guy and was describing how crypto is fundamentally more fair, and he said "tbh Su, it sounds like you place excessive faith that individual incentives lead to good collective outcomes. It just looks like Animal Farm to me."

Just to be clear, when I discuss how sbf/ftx/alameda hunted clients including ourselves, I'm not whining about it. Regulators and prosecutors will do their jobs. I've moved on. Au contraire I think crypto trading industry deserves much of the pain its feeling. It was all here.
